Hallelujah! The high school graduation parties are over and the college books have been bought. You've waited 18 years for this: your child has finally moved out of the house and has gone on to bigger and better things.There's only one problem: you kind of, sort of miss them A LOT! So why not send something fun and personal from home like a college care package to let your new college student know you're thinking of them?Care Package Ideas:

1. Send Food. Lots and lots of food.There's nothing a like homemade baked goods to take your mind off of the same old dining hall menu items week after week. Having a homemade batch of cookies is sure to attract friends on any college dorm floor. You can also send nonperishable food items in your care package such as ramen noodles, easy mac, candy, granola bars, coffee or tea. It's not always easy for a college student to get access to a grocery store where they can buy items they're used to having back at home.2.
